Customers can call the Busse/SJI Hot Line (800-882-4995 In U.S. and Canada or 920- 326-6348 Internationally) 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. They will reach a manned answering service who will in turn page the on-call hot line responder. The hot line responders are carefully chosen to have a high likelihood of being able to answer questions and solve problems directly. This expedites the resolution of problems and limits the need for escalation. This is a FREE service.
